Richard's Quality Automotive Services

Tom and his team are amazing!!! They have worked on three of my cars over the last decade - always trustworthy, doesn't try to upsell, fixes the problem(s) and identifies items to be addressed. The most recent vehicle was my 2014 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off-Road that I purchased with 33k miles on it. While the truck has low miles, I needed a baseline on maintenance, and considering its age and low miles I decided to do full routine maintenance since it has only ever had oil and brakes. His team did an oil/filter change, radiator flush, transmission drain and fill, differential drain and fill, new plugs, serpentine belt, secondary air injection filter (remove foam and replace with K&N style filter), alignment, rotated tires, and checked braking system. The A/C system also had a leak, they identified the culprit and were very reasonable on the repairs. They also gave me a report on brake life too. Truck is like a new penny! I won't go to anyone else and recommend Richard's Quality Automotive Services to everyone! Honest Tom!

Called to get my AC compressor replaced and dude just flippantly told me to go some where else simply because my car is a hybrid. If you are a real mechanic you should be able to work on all cars and a Prius is one of the most popular cars out there. I went to a number of repair shops and this is the first time I've been denied a repair. Insane.

Wow…what an amazing experience! I am in Virginia & my son lives in Tampa. He had a major issue with his car & Tom took care of him! He went above and beyond in his customer service. He was HONEST, FAIR & CARING!! I looked up reviews & my gut told me to have the car towed to him. We are so blessed to have found a honest & reputable auto repair company for my son. We will go no where else when we need something in Tampa! Thank you so much!!

This is my go to repair location for all of our vehicles. They do an excellent and honest job. I've had quotes from the dealership be 4 times the price they charge. I appreciate his honesty and communication. Thankful for this team!
